Join the Norman Police Department in celebrating community and fellowship during Norman's National Night Out on Tuesday, October 2 from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

National Night Out is an annual community-building event that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie to make our neighborhoods safer, better places to live. Each year, we have over 100 events hosted by neighborhoods across Norman. A citywide event is also held at Target, 1400 24th Avenue NW. NPD Officers, NFD Firefighters, Norman City Council Members, and the Mayor all take part in the night attending various community events.

Community members or neighborhoods wishing to hold an event in conjunction with Norman's National Night Out should contact Sgt. Jeffrey Casillas at 405-366-5267 or by email at Jeffrey.Casillas@NormanOK.gov. You can also download and complete the application attached to this message and send it to Sgt. Casillas.

Specific information in regards to the schedule of the evening and the complete list of community events will be provided closer to the date of the event. We wanted to provide you with this information well in advance so that you have plenty of time to plan your events this year! We look forward to seeing you all on October 2!
