The Norman Police Department responded to a report of shots heard in the 2500 block of Durham Place Court at approximately 9:40 p.m. Thursday. Witnesses reported that several individuals in a white, newer model SUV fired shots at two adjoining duplexes and left the area. No injuries were reported.

At approximately 1:15 a.m., officers responded to a report of a burglary in process in the 2200 block of Houston Avenue. The reporting party said that three armed men were at the front door of the residence. Just before officers arrived, the reporting party advised that the three men had forced their way into the residence and kidnapped a female resident inside. As officers arrived on scene, they observed a white, newer model SUV with occupants matching the suspect descriptions leaving the area and conducted a traffic stop. The vehicle was occupied by three males and the female victim of the alleged kidnapping. The three males were taken into custody without incident. The female victim was not injured.

Officers also located two stolen and loaded firearms in the vehicle, as well as ammunition that matched the shell casings found at the scene of the drive-by shooting in the 2500 block of Durham Place Court. Investigators believe the three suspects were involved in both incidents.

The three male suspects were identified as 21-year-old Quintez Allen (DOB: 7/16/1996), 21-year-old Jeron Kilcullen (DOB: 8/7/1996), and a 16-year-old juvenile male. Allen and Kilcullen were transported to the Cleveland County Detention Center. Allen was booked in on complaints of First Degree Burglary, Domestic Assault and Battery, Using an Offensive Weapon during Commission of a Felony, Carrying Firearms after a Felony Conviction, Possession of Stolen Property, and
Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance. Kilcullen was booked in on complaints of First Degree Burglary, Using an Offensive Weapon during Commission of a Felony, Carrying Firearms after a Felony Conviction, Possession of Stolen Property, and Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance.

The incidents are under investigation. Additional charges may follow pending the outcome of the investigation.
