The Norman Police Department is asking for the public’s help to locate missing persons: 59-year-old Rita Bump and her two children five-year-old Riley Bump and two-year-old Stormy Bump. Photos of the three are attached.

Bump and her two children were last seen on August 31 at their residence in Norman. It is believed that the three individuals will be driving a black 2013 Honda Accord bearing Oklahoma license plate 397-KXL or GGP-981.

A missing person report was filed with the Norman Police Department on November 13. While investigators have no reason to believe Bump and her two children are in danger, her family is concerned with their welfare seeing that Bump did not inform them of any plans to leave the area for an extended period of time.

Norman police ask that anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Rita Bump and her two children immediately contact Detective Derrick Hopkins at 405-366-5232. The case is currently under investigation by the NPD Criminal Investigations Division.
