Silver Alert Issued for Missing Person

The Norman Police Department is asking for the public’s help to locate missing person 92-year-old Robert F. Summers. Photo attached.

Summers was last heard from on September 14th when contacted by family. A missing person report was filed just after 8 p.m. on September 16th, and a Silver Alert was issued a short time after. The Silver Alert remains active.

It is believed that Summers may be driving a white 2019 Honda Civic bearing Oklahoma license plate JBK-582. He may be wearing a collared button up shirt and blue jeans. Based on the nature of recent activities and medical conditions Mr. Summers’ family is concerned for his well-being. 

Norman police ask that anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Robert Summers or the vehicle described above immediately call their local law enforcement, the Norman Police Department at 405-321-1444 or Detective Heath at 405-217-7757. The case is currently under investigation by the NPD Criminal Investigations Division.
